AMP Wishlist Thread

Hey guys!

I'm sorry to beg... But is anyone here a graphic artist?

(You all should be right, cause you use macs, right??)

I'm hoping someone can draw a nice logo for AMP. I really like the photo-realistic look, and the vector graphics look (ie, Adium logo, Firefox logo, the new RouteBuddy logo, etc). It some of the new additions to AMP I've been making behind the scenes, there are some times when there needs to be a graphic that identifies AMP.

... So far I've been using the handicapped logo (lol.. I think it's a sick joke), but I'm hoping someone can come up with something... Failinig this.. Can anyone reccomend a logo designer (who is relatively cheap??)

I just went to your page.. Man I loved Halo2! In my final days of undergrad I spent nearly every second online playing!

haha yeah halo 2 is pretty awesome. Unfortunatly i dont have an xbox though

. So whenever I go to a friends I want to play lol. Im really just waiting for it to come out for mac/pc like halo1. Now i REALLY waiting for halo 3 lol oohh man... i have been hearing a lot of talk about it and what people want in it... if they implement just half of what they were originally going to put in halo 2 this game will....... I dont even have a word for it lol

But that was completely off topic... Im working on an icon thats kinda cool... it's basically a simi-vector looking pic of a touchscreen with some icons in it lol. Im working on it now so I will have a beta version up tonight

The idea itself is pretty good! I had actually been screwing around with a similar idea (as shown below.) I really like how you put it on a touchscreen. Is there anyway you can give it that more "rendered" look?

You know what? I think if you put the above picture's "screen" into your graphic, and gave it that "rendered" (or whatever it's called) look, I think you'd have a winner.

well thats the problem... I did that all in photoshop with just some colors... I dont know how I would give it a more rendered look. I dont have any programs that really do that... Maybe I can find a demo of something out there that I can use... I duno though

but its 6:30 in the morning and i have to go to work lol i will figure it out when i get back at like 3pm california time...
