Currently on Sears for $399.00 (Engaget).

Multitouch, froyo 2.2 and front facing camera. Plus Nvida Tegra, which I believe is really fast.

Too bad it's kind of big, but it features a 10" capacitive display. I really love ViewSonic displays, I got a 19" that has really great color reproduction and contrast - this thing I know they do well -, their computers, didn't even know they built some.
