cool app, i downloaded the version on post #114. i found a glitch when i'm playing music and i deactivate carmode from the notification bar. The music continues to play when the program is off. Also, one really cool feature that i like about my captivates media player is that it has a quick list in the settings. So if your listening to music (like in centrafuse) and you like a song, you just add it to the quick list. centrafuse goes one step better and has a favourites button which puts it automatically onto a favourites playlist. i really like this feature, don't know how difficult it would be to program in.

    thanks for your hard work,

    elijah

I like the idea of being able to add to a favorites playlist, ill look into that and see about adding that in.

And just an update, im still working on the project, just been real busy with work and the lady friend so havent had much (or any) free time, still need to update graphics and make an icon for it and it will be done though

Mainly the music controls (play/pause, previous, next, shuffle, and the music list button needs an icon) and also I really need an icon for the app in general.

Ok so here is a new update, sorry its been awhile, and this is a small update. Added automatic crash reporting. The launcher is going to be held off for awhile, so as of now this is the release version minus graphics updates. There are a couple people who have offered to help with graphics and once they return something i will update with that and once i get an icon for the app itself it will be officially released on the market. Test it out and enjoy

On a side note, the progress from here on out will be quite a bit slower, I recently got a new lady friend taking up some of my time, and my work has gotten a lot busier, im still trying to get some work done on it though so it isnt going to die. Also got a possible lead on someone who can do quality graphics and be interested in going in on making a game, ive had a few ideas i wanted to do for awhile so I might start working on that as well.

    Now here are the links

Tablet Version (needs 3.0 or higher)
Phone Version (needs froyo or higher)

I had played around with web page design when i was little (my dad does that as a side job for people) but i really got into it cause i had a class in college on C++ and just learned everything else on my own, started with simple things and just gradually worked my way up, lots and lots of reading of the documentation for both java and android

that's cool, i did some basic HTML and multimedia design in high school and played around with dos basic a little as a kid. of course now im more of a hardware guy but my buddy and i have been looking around to get started in some android development. i found a youtube channel called the new boston that has some pretty good video's on java, c++ and visual basic development the other day. it's definately a whole new ball game, hard to know where to get started.
