We are not here to scam anyone and we stand 100% behind our products. We have many more exciting innovations coming up in the next month and hope most of you will continue interest in our products.
If there is anything more we can do to our customers we are more than happy to help. 100+ emails a day has also made it difficult for us to give prompt replies, but we get to them eventually.
In regards to stock, we are now getting all orders shipped directly to us for manual dispatch and all remaining orders will be sent via ExpressPost with full tracking (at our cost) and 3-4 days delivery is expected after we receive the modules from our manufacturer. We are also changing manufacturer to prevent another shipping disaster!
