Sorry for the misunderstanding. We are first sending out all the modules without the switcher add-on, then the rest soon after. It makes packing much easier.

So do you expect the modules w/ switchers to be going out this month, next month??? Some kind of an expected timeline would be helpful.

So where does that leave those of us with the Element touch screen?

Hey guys,
In regards to the element adapters, most of these will be shipped tomorrow. The switcher boards will be sent in a few days after that. We are getting through the orders so don't worry. We expect all orders to be shipped out by end of the week. If you don't get confirmation by us end of the week let us know as it would mean we missed a few.

Did the Element ones ship? I was order #16 so I would think I should have been one of the first group but I didn't see a conformation email.
