Just got my unit on Friday as well but haven't had time for anything more than a once over. I would guess that we would have to wait for the android app as well or would this work just as a bluetooth touch device, much like a bluetooth keyboard?

Seems like they just "attached" their iOS guide to the android section. They say its the same but there are clear differences which I'm unsure about

I'm hoping we get a better guide because this isn't as "obvious" as one may think. I'm guessing theres a switch and I'm questioning how we power this unit. Theres a USB port, a handful of wires that are the exact same color...

It did, haven't tried it yet but it did come with it. I am hoping to at least try it out tonight or tomorrow but I am not sure if there should be a app or not. I think I can figure out the wiring but nothing I can do if there is no driver or application yet.

Can you take a pic, I don't think I got the adapter, I got the exact same parts as windraver

Just checked his website....mine came with standard SA connecter, not the SC for the element 7 inch

Will do, as soon as I get to work. Also I didn't get a overlay or a switcher though, I guess its one of the three that you get? So if you got a overlay then you probably didn't get the addaptor.

Hmm, I sent out the Element 7" adapters for the people that requested it. If anyone is still missing one send me a PM with your order number and i will send one out. Also, if you got the overlay then no need for the switcher as you would be using an existing touchscreen

Will upload manual shorty, and application on android will be on market soon.

We sent out a modification kit for stereo audio output to one guy here in the forum, I'm sure he will give some feedback for anyone else that's interested in L+R audio output from their element 7" (extracted from HDMI)
