App on the marketplace (play store) will be available to download end of next week.

Is there any way to get a copy of the app now? So I can start installing this weekend. I don't care if its beta I just want to test this thing out and not wait another week.

Could we please get a copy now, this was a b-day present from Nov 3rd and I finally get the hardware just to find out the software isn't ready yet and I have to wait another week. Please just attach what you have now so I can in stall it manually. I don't care if its flaky or missing functionality. I just want touch at this point.

We have the new .apk for v1.5 bootloader but I'm sure you have v1.4. To check, simply pair up the device thought the standard method and you should have v.14. All new shipments will be v1.5 and we have also decided to send existing customers a free upgrade the the v1.5 module. Its basically the same, just made a few core changes.

So will the 1.4 version just not work?

Or will it need 1.5 to work with the app?

OK, we have made a decision. Since only the first few customers were shipped with the v1.4 bootloader version and the rest have 1.5, we will reship the later version to the first few customers just to keep everything consistent. Most people have v1.5. You can check your version by simply pairing up the device (standard way) and looking at the device name. You should see "cGadz v 1.x".

Any other updates will done via firmware which can be easily updated over USB.
