Android Ultimate In-Car OEM System - Remote Bluetooth Touch, HDMI Mirroring

Okay so I have been following this thread with interest and even more now that I wiil be buying a new car this week. I am going to be buying a new Kia Optima. Originally I was going to get the Optima without the 7" nav. I was then going to use this kit, http://www.ebay.com/itm/270759647938...2649#vi-ilComp, to move the stock radio and put in place a spot for 7" Liliput lcd. This causes some logisitical issues as I have to figure out where to relocated the cigarate, line in, and usb in ports (probably the center console).

However, I can also get the Optima with the optional 7" touchscreen navigation unit. This is a stock OEM unit. My question about going this way, is how to get video from the phone to the oem unit. To my knolwedge, must OEM in dash gps touchscreens do not have an auxiliary in plug (except for *maybe* the backup camera rca). So, is your system only for use with OEM units that have optional aux inputs?

Any update on the switcher modules?

It is rather unfortunate the lack of updates on this product. Looks so promising...

I saw that there are "actions" (gestures?) for home/back/etc. Is there any way to disable those? I am currently running a leaked build of ICS for the Razr and the update to the webtop mode essentially puts the OS into "tablet mode" and it has home/back/etc. right on the screen. Since those buttons will be easily accessible, i wouldn't have a need for the built in gestures. Also, i see that the site says that this is shipping now, awesome! Do you have any suggested places to source touch panels?

Well its the end of the next week, can we get the software yet? And did the new version 1.5s ship yet? If not could we please get a apk?

Ok, I see the issue. When we took the modules of pre-order we didnt replace the touchscreen selections. If you place an order and make a clear note that you want the 8" we will include it for you.

Disabling the gestures is not to much effort. Since ICS it looks like the "back" and "setting" gestures are not required :). WIll still leave the code in there in case for all you running pre ICS software.
If you have already purchased PM me with your order Number and which touchscreen you require and we will see if they are in stock.

We are currently shipping everyone with a v1.4 with a v1.5 bootloader software. The APK i will post will not work with v1.4 anyway :) I will keep you guys posted.

I have not ordered yet, however i would like to, but I can't seem to find a good source for these touch panels anywhere. I would be more than happy to get it through you, but I would like to be sure that i can get a panel before I place the order for the Remote touch.

Ok. We understand that you require a 6.5" touchscreen, we have them here just need to update the site for the android section to have touchscreens as an option again like in pre-order. If you place an order and specify that you require the 6.5" in the notes we will send you one.

The newest firmware will be posted later today along with the apk which you will need to manually install for now. The remaining orders with the free update to the v1.5 bootloader will be completed today. So all you guys with the v.14 version that don't receive your tracking by today let us know.

This is very nice to me.
I wanna know how to communicate via bluetooth with the information of touchscreen.(coordinates, touched, untouched, etc)
Could you tell me the format of touchscreen hid for android?

The format of keyboard's hid reports on android is recommended somewhere, but the report for touchscreen isn't anywhere.
