Okay this will give you the answer,the first picture is my Oem Cable and the Cable you supplied to me that connect the x2modual and the switch

The second picture my Oem cable fit inside the main slot of the switch perfectly that connect the x2modual and the switch

So the switch should have the same white connector from the three side, and if it possible could you supply me a 20cm long ribbon cable

Disabling the gestures is not too much effort. Since ICS it looks like the "back" and "setting" gestures are not required :). WIll still leave the code in there in case for all you running pre ICS software.

We are currently shipping everyone with a v1.4 with a v1.5 bootloader software. The APK i will post will not work with v1.4 anyway :) I will keep you guys posted.

Hi, my order was order 23 and when I pair up the touchscreen with my phone it shows that it is version 1.4. I have gone through the firmware steps as outlined but cannot get to the screen to select the resolution changes, nor can I get the X2 calibration to work. Having read your post, I believe this is because I was shipped an early version, is that correct, and how would I update the the latest version?

Yo dudes, do you have an ETA for more stock of these bad boys?

Im starting to think that this project will never end. I cant get switcher to take control of the touch inputs, even when I add 12v. I also am dealing with a bad solder joint on the switcher itself. I guess this could be the problem, but who knows . I wish i could be sure of which part was bad so that I knew which one to get replaced. Its driving me crazy. I dropped 600+ in a head unit and other parts to make this happen, and now its starting to look like a waste.

Hi, Sorry to hear of your problem.

1. did you connect the switcher exactly as stated in the latest manual?
2. Does the RED led on the switcher turn on/off when you connect/disconnect switcher cable?

If you bend the black connectors by accident a few times they solder joint will probably go bad. If this is the case you can resolder the 2 black 4-pin connectors on the switcher. If you don't want to do this, we can send you out another one.

Can you give me an ETA on when I might expect order #102??

I get no led on the switcher when it is connected. I am also uncomfortable trying to solder such a small surface mounted component..
