    You are saying it's something I did (or not doing) causing the problem. Specifically emails. that is saying I am partially to blame. do you really think I need to send a daily email to him? Hourly? When the seller refuses to return an email much less 4-6 in the row, what is the point?

    You don't know how many times I've emailed the man. And like the Dr said, after weeks of silence, I get a response after finding about the ORS. Really?

    No worry's wasting my time, just don't make it sound like an extra email is going to make a Mimic or refund check fall from the sky. It won't. Or I wouldn't be here. Just skimming your message further backups the sellers incompetence. That's fantastic you can tolerate that level of incompetence because he is "nice" to you but I'm not looking for a life long friend. I was looking for a way to display my phone on my HU.

    How you can defend the guy who is falsely advertising just boggles my mind.

    I'm guessing form of payment, date of payment, and origination of the payment is dictating his priorities. So some of us are getting different treatment from others. The ORS is my last chance. Not another email.

    If 2 more emails would get my money back I would do it, but at some point you have to call BS and proceed a different route.

    So hostile... I don't think I implied it was your fault and heck I even said I completely agree with you that they are at fault. Is it wrong that I'm just trying to help by providing what my experience was? Whatever. If you can't chill out and instead choose to flame just another forum member that happens to know your pain then so be it. I still hope you get your refund or get your case going whichever comes first. Good luck!

    something incredible has happened to me.
    First i've been refunded without any troubles and second, David send me Mimics!!!!
    I have tracking # and i can hardly wait for it!!!!

    I'm sure they have solved all their difficulties and will ship ALL orders soon!!!
