- update your website. Nothing makes me more irritated then a website that says a product is available that clearly is not. Does it still say 7-10 days? That's just wrong and deceitful to new customers and misleading to people waiting. Did I get skipped? Did I get scammed? Did my order get lost? I have no idea.

Knowing what is going on is my #1 complaint. You say nearly everyone is satisfied but you still get 100 emails a day? Why aren't you sorting and prioritizing emails? Maybe create a new email address (s) to help sort your mail.
Finally why is my refund less important then backorders? This again is irritating. Serve people first come first serve. Why is my refund less important then a backorder? Are you putting people who have waited patiently for months who finally gave up behind new orders? That's just wrong. I know you want to make money, but throwing those who requested refunds under the bus is bad business.
How am I not supposed to feel scammed? No status updates. Selective order processing. Outdated info on your website. Really?
