    I ordered 2012-09-16 20:23:49

    on Oct 26 you said shipping in about a week
    on Nov 20 you answered an LVDS question for me
    now enter the black hole
    on Mar 19 I cancel and you immediately respond. As for the refund . "Please allow for 1 week for this to happen."
    on May 3 you respond you have been overseas and I will have a refund by Monday, silly me thought the next Monday May 8 but the way you are critiquing people here I better say you did no say what Monday.
    On May 3 I contacted the ORS and indicated so here.
    May 9 you respond that yes you missed the deadline (again)

    So you emailed me several times before you came back out of hiding? Huh? Where were you March 19-May 3? Whether it is coincidence, it was odd a refund to another customer and my email came around the time someone else first posted the ORS information. Obviously I agree that hasn't turned you thinking 180 degrees as I still don't have me refund but coincidence or not, it is when you re-appeared.

    Not in a habit of attacking a customer, just trying to correct "INACCURATE" information.

    Yes I know I have been "slack" on replying emails(I admit that), but like I have clearly justified the reason(s).

    FYI. I have personally replied to thousands of emails in the past year and I do apologize if I missed some of them.

    "Where were you March 19-May 3?" - Most likely organizing production, short work trip to china, replying to hundreds of emails, shipping orders, refunding orders, custom firmware for customers, complaining to manufacturers, correcting software issues, expanding business etc. etc. etc.

    And how long would it have taken to post a status update on your website? instead of taking orders for months for a product you could not produce.

    I guess they don't have email in China... Would be nice if I could have a business and be able to for the most part leave for a month without any contact with any customers while still accepting orders for a product I can't produce then denying there were ever any complaints or issues that were not dealt with.

    As I said before, here in the US you would have been prosecuted for mail fraud because of your actions regardless if you are sending out product and refunds now. The fact of the mater is you put people off until a later date and made excuses and false promises as has been detailed by many here.

    In one of my business classes they discuss this sort of thing.
    If you advertise a product as being for sale and someone purchases that product through whatever means you have available as soon as you accept that payment you are entering into a binding contract with them. Failure to produce that product in a reasonable time without reasonable explanation or refund is considered fraudulently selling a product. If you can not provide the product in a reasonable amount of time you have to offer the customer an immediate refund. If you provide false or misleading information during this time to postpone actions by the customers then the fraud is with intent. Even today, your posting an item as being available in 7-10 days could be considered questionable when you can not provide it regardless if you don't accept payments on your site now or not. Who is to say someone doesn't email you about the problem and you still accept payment through email.

    This is my last posting on this topic for real this time...
    You keep contradicting what the messages say in the thread and I am sure just about every customer here could provide emails about how you misled them with false promises and such. If you can sleep with yourself then may god help you. I have been rather amazed at how out of touch with reality you have seemed to be when you try to say things in this thread are not what the people have said they are. Good luck to those who actually get product or refunds. I hope the hardware actually works as intended and you don't have any issues with it. With the examples given in this thread by the company owner I would seriously doubt any technical support or anything else they attempt.

    I still find it unique that there are no postings in here by your company for months until someone posts that they filed a complaint and give information on how to do so as well. Anyone in here that has been misled can still file against you because of your actions regardless if they received anything or not.

    But as I said, if after all of the lies you can sleep at night then may whatever god you cherish forgive you.

    The china I went to had email, and boy i did a lot of replies. If you have actually emailed us you would know
    I couldn't update the website in china though, but I did inform many of our customers of any further delays.
    About sleep, your right.. I don't get much of that. Way to many tasks to do

    I emailed twice in April with no response. Damn your stubborn.

    Red nailed it on the head. All those things are great but leaving us in the dark was a big mistake.

    So has everyone received their devices or refunds as promised or has the "most" still been a couple people where lots of people are still waiting?

    We did ship a lot this week, but no idea how many of them are mp3car members since there is not really a relation between a mp3car user ID and a order number.

    would it be to much to ask for you to provide a percentage of open orders filled and refunds are made each week based on your totals on the day you stopped taking orders?

    while a part of me wants to give you the benefit of the doubt, most of me wants to know what 'alot' means. I think a percentage would be far too both you and the consumers.

    I have been thinking of doing that, but what you will find is that "redheadedrod" will jumble up the figures/information to intentionally make us look bad (like all the other posts). So I don't see any point in doing so :P

    Dave, please provide that data and let us decide. in my opinion you already look bad and using an unhappy customer as an excuse for not providing the data is nothing more then ' business as usual' for customgadz. try and do anything to deflect attention from yourself.
