I guess they don't have email in China... Would be nice if I could have a business and be able to for the most part leave for a month without any contact with any customers while still accepting orders for a product I can't produce then denying there were ever any complaints or issues that were not dealt with.
As I said before, here in the US you would have been prosecuted for mail fraud because of your actions regardless if you are sending out product and refunds now. The fact of the mater is you put people off until a later date and made excuses and false promises as has been detailed by many here.
In one of my business classes they discuss this sort of thing.
If you advertise a product as being for sale and someone purchases that product through whatever means you have available as soon as you accept that payment you are entering into a binding contract with them. Failure to produce that product in a reasonable time without reasonable explanation or refund is considered fraudulently selling a product. If you can not provide the product in a reasonable amount of time you have to offer the customer an immediate refund. If you provide false or misleading information during this time to postpone actions by the customers then the fraud is with intent. Even today, your posting an item as being available in 7-10 days could be considered questionable when you can not provide it regardless if you don't accept payments on your site now or not. Who is to say someone doesn't email you about the problem and you still accept payment through email.

You keep contradicting what the messages say in the thread and I am sure just about every customer here could provide emails about how you misled them with false promises and such. If you can sleep with yourself then may god help you. I have been rather amazed at how out of touch with reality you have seemed to be when you try to say things in this thread are not what the people have said they are. Good luck to those who actually get product or refunds. I hope the hardware actually works as intended and you don't have any issues with it. With the examples given in this thread by the company owner I would seriously doubt any technical support or anything else they attempt.
I still find it unique that there are no postings in here by your company for months until someone posts that they filed a complaint and give information on how to do so as well. Anyone in here that has been misled can still file against you because of your actions regardless if they received anything or not.
But as I said, if after all of the lies you can sleep at night then may whatever god you cherish forgive you.
