    You said the payment method was fixed on the the other thread so I went to make an order and Moneybrokers icon came up.

    Can't wait for next week.

    This was the statement from the mp3car member:
    "I have tried to email you a few times with no response. Would have preferred not having to converse on here but it looks as though this would get a response."

    I replied to this:
    "Ok, we have sorted the issue out " - What happened here, this guy sent me 5 emails and none were replied to. I at least would of replied to one. So I checked the junk mail, and found a recent email about no email replies. I "fixed" this issue by setting his email to "not spam" and I have replied to all the emails ever since.

    It was about 1:30am when I replied to that post, so I apologize that you read it wrong. I did reply line by line though which I thought was easy to follow..

    Im going to be more relieved when you get your refund let me tell you

    The difference is I will be happy because "a wrong was righted". You will only be happy because you have on less PO'd customer so you can sell more units that you may or may not be able to deliver on.

    Not sure if you got my last post, but i said you will receive your refund by mid next week. I know its been a long time but this time it will be without fail. I Have apologized countless times and doing my utter best to do what I can. Obviously my commitment so far is still unacceptable.

    It takes less time to issue a refund than it does to reply to a post saying you will issue a refund "next week" or "within 24 hours".

    received a PayPal payment from one of Dave's associates this morning for my refund. transferring the money out now to my bank account.

    while this whole experience had been frustrating and things should have been handled and communicated in a much better fashion, I have to give Dave credit for making things right for me even though it took longer then expected. while I'm not excusing the handling of thein the last six months, getting my money back ( better late the never) is something Dave does deserve some credit for making things right with me in the end ( once I see the money in my bank account that is).

    I received my refund as well. Today I bought the "smartphone uplink spu 700" from CarTFT.com

    It is about a hundred bucks less than the Mimics, and within three hours of placing my order, I've received four emails detailing the processing of my order... including a tracking number that shows it has already been picked up by FedEx. Estimated delivery Tuesday next week...
