This was the statement from the mp3car member:
"I have tried to email you a few times with no response. Would have preferred not having to converse on here but it looks as though this would get a response."
I replied to this:
"Ok, we have sorted the issue out " - What happened here, this guy sent me 5 emails and none were replied to. I at least would of replied to one. So I checked the junk mail, and found a recent email about no email replies. I "fixed" this issue by setting his email to "not spam" and I have replied to all the emails ever since.
It was about 1:30am when I replied to that post, so I apologize that you read it wrong. I did reply line by line though which I thought was easy to follow..
Im going to be more relieved when you get your refund let me tell you
