i hate to say it, but it appears a leopard does not seem to change its spots. I have had no response to any emails, no replacement and unfortunately I am afraid I will have to pursue a refund. I was desperately hoping to for a replacement and hoping that Dave would be true to his word. I think this product would be a great product if it came with peace of mind and the support it deserves. If it were a cheap product I would expect there would be thousands of people that may need support and it would be expected to take a little time. But this is a high end item and there is not that many people ordering them, so the lack of response is simply unacceptable. Your customers when happy are your best advertising and help to spread the word of your product and post in many of the forums. It is also a double edged sword and negatively effects your product and dissuades others from buying from you and supporting your product and negative comments travel like wildfire. Im sure there was a lot of development costs that went into this product and we all benefit with its continued success and improvements. Show your a man of your words and lets resolve this.
