Hi Dave, another 10 days have now lapsed. Please can you send me the replacement switcher for my alpine head unit. There has been a ridiculous amount of time between me originally addressing the need for a replacement and now.
You can scroll back on this thread and see this is his common MO... Since you are in the forums posting he is more likely to actually follow up on it eventually than if you kept it to email.
Still don't understand why the moderators of this site haven't booted this guy off the site. Lack of support in a timely manner if at all has been the case for a long time now. You can go back a few pages and see people that waited many months with no response. And it is apparently ongoing. The vast majority of messages in this thread are slamming Dave for months of lies and false promises.
And since I am pointing this out.. Hopefully Dave will be more likely to actually follow through instead of blowing more smoke up your butt as he is used to doing with his customers.
How many weeks/months have you waited? If you have waited less than 6 months and actually get serviced you are luckier than a large portion of the members of this thread...
As for your red. If you emailed us or purchased a mimics we would of already resolved your issue like we have done for ever other single one. Yes, some might have taken longer than expected but the majority were all from more than a year ago! (Again see previous pages).
Since you didn't do any business with us and only exaggerating and defaming our product with "some" absurd accusations, I'm not sure what we can do to help you with your problem you have. As for the rest of the customers we always do the best we can to support and resolve any issues you may have.
