Its the features. Funny bug actually. When i add info to the database i escape slashes. So when new features are added, or old ones are compared against new ones, the slashes weren't taken into account, so the same feature set wasn't matched because of the slashes. So it was saying "hey these are new".
Should be fixed now anyway. And i cleaned some of the dfx update posts out.
