What is RRSkype?

This plugin allows skype to be used in Road Runner.
The main reason is to use skype for making calls rather than for chats (cant see much use for this in the car)
.
Skype calls can be made to other skype users for free or to external phones at a low cost. Both these
types of calls are functional.

What are the requirements?

1) Skype version 4.x or above is required.
2) This is a .net application so the .net framework must be installed. 2.0 is recommended.
3) It should be obvious but Road/Ride Runner.
