Personally my experience has been nothing but positive over the sum of i like 2 years using mimics.
I think i was one of the first ones using mimics and i had many questions at the start setting things up and Dave from customgadz was always very quick to response back to me with answers.
I even have him on my googletalk chat which we would often have conversations about the devices etc.
I've no idea of the situation now but just giving my 2 cents from previous experience.

So are we even?Before purchasing any devices from this company you may want to look at other threads to read about the lack of customer support and the slick lies that have been told by this individual. Just be aware they may take your money and you never get a device or a refund. Or maybe you get something weeks or months later... MAYBE... I am not saying they are totally scammers but you may want to read other threads on this before you decide to purchase anything from them.
Same device with many waiting months with no results but many false promises:
