Egis Tech makes this small and cheap device that allows you to control your computer via hand gesture. It looks like a miniature remote control with a few buttons, but also has an accelerometer built in. This product is targeted towards anyone who gives frequent presentations and wants to control their desktop at a distance. We tested it out and found it to be fairly easy to use. This product will be available for purchase within the next few months.

Rob,
The still-frame in the video makes you look like you just woke up and havnt had your daily coffee yet. Biwin's very small usb stick that comes in 2, 4, and 8gb models. The write speeds are slow, 5mgs per second, and read speeds are between 10 and 20 mgs per second. This would be useful for an industrial application where you require a hot swap storage for your operating system like Windows embedded. 5mgs per second and read speeds are between 10 and 20 mgs per second.
