Introducing Lilliput's latest rendition of their 7" touch screenmonitor with HDMI, DVI, and VGA inputs. 50% brighter than the standard669GL-70NP/C/T. 5 wire resistive touch screen instead of 4 (with the standard 669) makes touch input control more precise.

could you post a link to those threads? i can't seem to find any direct comparisons..
And (this has been discussed before) the quality is visible between the mocoso and mp3car transflectives.
it seems that option is being avoided here-- no worries, it appears that mo-co-so does it as a $65/75 option--it's twice the cost of the dd frame(but cheap labor on their part), but well worth the warranty imo..
