Dave Cheney, of Visteon, shows us the technology behind their Rapid development platform. With the computing power of a typical Netbook, the Rapid platform makes it easy to experiment with different radio tuners, FPGA, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS modules, and SD card readers. The entire package includes an integrated amplifier and fits in a single din enclosure.
