We all know SD has to be run with -testmode (or whatever it is) to make it acutally useable while driving (visualizers, navigation, etc. are all disabled without this switch).
Could you PLEASE make another switch to turn off that obnoxious nag screen. I'm so tired of having to click it every time I come back into the car from going to a store or something. At the very least couldn't you make it show it just when you launch SD and never again till the next relaunch of the .exe (standby and hibernate do NOT count)??!!
I realize (and thank you greatly for) the -testmode loophole. I really do, but how about taking it one step further? Does ANYONE seriously use SD without this option enabled?
Centrafuse doesn't have this problem (add "centrafuse.exe -nowarning -nolimit")

In fact, it's so common, it's the first item in their FAQ and is sticky.

Uh, the "bug tracker" (for lack of a better term) is for ALL bugs AND feature requests. If you look, they're even color coded (gray) and notice the top of this thread...
