There's another thread on here where using a program called Virtual Audio Cable should allow you to use multiple DACs.

Can you use Virtual Audio Cable to assign each DAC to a separate volume slider in Windows Volume?

So you might have one DAC for the Front speakers, another DAC for the Rear and perhaps one more for a Sub.

This would allow full control over making the Rear speakers louder than the Front, if desired, as well as playing with a Sub - all independently.

The reason this is a requirement is due to CentraFuse using the Windows Volume for it's Mixer settings.

Perhaps I'll ask this question in the Virtual Audio Cable thread if I can find the darn thing!
