Thread: a way to use stock HU for radio on my 4.1 setup

I have a 04 accord with stock speakers and AUX in adaptor(used for ipod)
I have usb audigy 2 nx with 3 line outs and a line in
and 4 channel Kenwood KAC-8403amp and aftermarket speakers all around

now... my sound card(front and rear outs) connects to amp(chan a and chan b)
this alone would make my carputer 4.1 while HU is completely disconnected, right?

then, what if I get one of these line out converter: http://www.scosche.com/scosche_carau...&ItemID=LOC-80
to wire it to HU(where it was disconnected to tap into speaker wires) and use this as aux out and plug it into line-in on my sound card(via 3.5 jack converter from aux)

After this, can I use radio/cdplayer from my stock HU? would HU play as stereo while carputer play at full 4.1?
