Ok i am build a car PC and the main componets will be in the trunk. But i also plan to put 3 MTX T8510 Subwoofers push by a MTX TA81001 Amplifier. well i wanted to know if an excessive amoount of bass be bad for the PC.

Magnetic fields from the sub are bad for a harddrive. Sustained vibrations are probably the biggest contributor to destroying harddrives. Other than that, your other components should be fine.

well the sub magnets will be facing the front of the car. Hmmm, I wonder if cover the out side of the PC enclosure with a sound deading material reduce the vibbrations.
mount the harddrive on rubber or silicone feet and you shouldn't have problem with the vibrations part of it. I'd still be leary of getting your hardrive too close to a sub though.

by "wipe out your hard drive" he meant your hard drive will not be functional anymore...
My hard drive is an external and i keep it under the passenger seat with a routed 10ft USB cable. It's nowhere near my subwoofer for that reason.
