you should have used MDF for your box. That is the defacto standard wood for making woofer boxes. You could try putting bracing inside, that may stop your rattles.
I made a woofer box in my shop class with partical board. I hooked it all up, and the box itself rattles like crazy. I need to know where i can get a nice subwoofer box thats not near 100 dollars, "ive already spent over 500 bucks on my systems", 10 inch with 2 holes.
Thanks in advance

Never let the truth get in the way of a good story
if you want to save some money and do a bandaid fix you could try to add some internal bracing to stop the box from flexing. then use some fiberglass resin and pour it inside, work it around and let it cure a few days before putting the woofers in. this should make the box a lot more solid and get you buy for a while...or just buy the mtx box like jahntassa suggested.

Yeah, and I was just offering that to show a decent box for less than $100. I'm running something similar currently. I don't like it, just because it STILL takes up so much space, but it DOES do the job.
However if you do want to get your box working, i'd give the posted suggestions a try!
