How to hook car PC up to stock speakers & subwoofers.

I am starting to get parts in for my Car PC project and want to make sure I have the right wiring setup.

My stock sound system has 4 amps/4 subs from the factory. I am using a crutchfield harness http://www.crutchfield.com/S-TNTGsfc...00&I=120705521 Which has two RCA plugs to send sound to the subs.

I am going to be using the MB VIA EPIA-EN15000G and its onboard sound, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813181020 for my project.

Now my question is, how can I hookup both my Amp (for stock speakers), and the subs already in the car to the PC. I know on both I am going to have to go from RCA to 3.5mm plugs. I drew up a diagram of how I plan to do it, but was wondering if there was a better way.

So instead of Y'ing the connection into the PC like that can I just run a single 3.5mm in for each part (one from the amp, one from the sub on the factory harness)? If so how do I hook it up? I didn't know if the speakers/amp output could come from the green connection, and the sub output come from the blue connection on the soundcard....

Here is my question: what are you using for a head unit? If your head unit has Aux out, just run an RCA to 3.5mm cable that can be plugged into your PC. If you don't want to do that, just make sure you wire your PC up to the speakers before your speaker/sub amps (your drawing should work).

I am going headunitless.

I was told doing it the way I had it laid out would send 100% of the signal to the stock woofers and since I don't know if the factory amps have a built in crossover (which I doubt) then it would sound horrible.
