Those are good amps-made by the same company that made arc audio amps.

50X4 will work, but like scott said, around 75 is better, it really depends on how hard you plan on pushing them or the volume at which you want to play them at. A more ideal setup IMO is 100X2 for the mids and 50X2 for the tweeters since they are more efficient, they need less power.

also a large factor is how quiet your car is. 50wpc would force me to turn the dial to '11', even 75 wpc would get drown out at highway speeds (this was before when i had the components and passive x-over) my car is anything but quiet though

Yah... my truck is loud... V8 5.9L dual exhaust... hmmm... The guy said it was 70x4 @ 4 ohms for the MK4.70... Ill look into the 100x2 and 50x2 but I dont think theres enough space in the quad cab. Unfortunately I doubt I can put anything behind my rear seat because when it folds up the back seat hits the wall...

EDIT: Should I get the MK4.70 if it really is 70x4 @ 4 ohms or should I get 2 seperate amps to power each?

How much room do you have? budget?

Preferablly under 200.. tops 250... room I dont have off the top of the head.... but essentially under the seats of my front and passenger sides... I cant measure either its raining...

The 2 seperate amps would probablly be better then one big *** amp... now that I think about it lol...

Still gotta get an amp for my subs too... Im laggin behind on this project lol

so probably not much space under the seats and your budget includes the amp for the sub or just the amp for the fronts?

I found some good ones right within your budget and power requirements, but I don't know where you would put your sub amp

if you break it down to $250 for the amp sub and $250 for the tweeter/mid subs then you would be right in your pricerange....it's long amp though so you'd have to get creative with the placement.

I got room sorta in my sub box... Theres 3 compartments in my sub box 1 for each sub and one big one for an amp... Hopefully its big enough.

As far as the sub amp goes I wanna spend 150-200 on it or less always better.

The Nine.5 only gives 600W at 2 ohms that would kinda be underpowerin the Assasins wouldnt it... Ill consider it as an option though....

If your sub's efficiency is high enough, power doesn't mean anything (goes for pretty much all speakers actually). Ofcourse overpower gives you more options, but underpower isn't per se bad.

My system ath the moment:

amp: 2x120watts
sub: 1x120watts
kicks: 80watt each
tweeters: 70watt each

All running in tri-mode of the same 2x120watt amp.
