Hi Guys,
I bought a new Pioneer DEH-P65BT head unit last week. I have installed it and all is well.
Today I tried to re-install it but this time with a steering control adaptor.
I have had no luck with it.
I have a Vauxhall Vectra, year 1999/2000. There was an aftermarket stereo installed when I bought the car.
The leads i am using to connect the steering controls are:
PC99-X06 vehicle specific interface
PC99-SON stereo specific patch (incarexpress.co.uk told me that this sony patch replaces the Pioneer patch??)
Do I need the pc99-x45 for vectra 2000 models?
The iso in the car is a 26 way iso but the xo6 lead has only 16 leaving the 10 block iso above the 2 blocks of 8 empty.
Does anyone have any ideas, am I using the correct leads??
Thanks in advance
Rob

I have searched this whole forum and found nothing specific for vauxhall/pioneer?
I'm desperate!!

Sorry to disappoint you, but you're obviously looking in a wrong place. What does your issue have to do with car computers?
Sorry guys, I didnt realise.
I was given a list of links to follow to post my question from another forum.
