    iBus to USB

    hey i got a pioneer deck with IBus, i want to hook my ipod into it or usb drive, does anyone know about doing this?? thanks

    I think it is analog. You would need some kind of audio out. They make an IPod connector that uses the plug on the bottom of your ipod. You wont' be able to play a USB drive through the stereo w/o a computer.

    I think you mean IP-BUS, iBus is a BMW thing.

    you should be able to get either a RB10 or RB20 aux-in adapter


    However if you do a search on this forum for ip-bus hacks there is a thread that tells you how to make up your own adapter.

    no its an iBus, well thats what it says in the pioneer manual, you can buy a cord that goes from the bottom of your ipod to this ibus, without a little box or anything, so it must be easy to make.
