    car receivers with usb ports

i am looking to get an in-dash cd/dvd receiver with usb ports,sd card compatible and bluetooth capibility. i'm wanting to add a navi system to it but i want to get something like streets and trips or something like that. i had a carpc before but sold it. i know how accurate streets and trips was, and i want that with this unit. is there any way possible i can hook something up where i can have navi and still be able to listen to cds, etc? i hope i'm being descriptive enough. i know that streets and trips uses a usb antenna but what about the cd? would i have to play it constantly or does anyone know of a unit where i can download the data to it and just switch to usb input on the head unit when i want navi? please help. thanks.

You want something like a TomTom.

A USB GPS receiver isn't going to work in a headunit with a USB port.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?
