Volara Closed cell foam

Hi!
I'm interested in using Volara closed cell foam for sound insulation in my car(along of course with some butyl deadening).
I've heard that this shares similar properties with Ensolite and for me i guess it will be sufficient.

Has anyone had success with it?

They have a difference in price, so i'm not sure if they're the same!

Also, is 1/8" OK for my doors? For my floor, shall i need to buy 1/4"

Any input is much appreciated

Judging from the pictures, it looks like it's not as flexible as ensolite which could be ok on flat surfaces, but on complex surfaces it could give you problems staying in place. Just my take on it. I've only ever used ensoilte.

You might want to look at this stuff for your floor in combo with dampening mat.
