Super Small Amp ... anyone tried this?

    http://www.autotoys.com/x/catalog/SU...ER_p_4593.html

Was browsing around for something fairly cheap and to be used to amplify the sound of my carputer. 150W, 2 channel with gain control, and only at basically 25$. Anyw reviews on this one?

Looks like the Amp-100 that David Navone endorses. I have 2 of them that I have used in varios projects. Good little amps if you ask me. Competitive to some of the big names? No.

Just wanted to say that I did buy 2 of these amps and they actually work pretty good. You have low/high input (use low from the carputer and high from a deck), and also the amp can be set to high frequency output, low frequency for subs, or just straight. I'm setting them as high output for my speakers, put out a pretty clear sound (minus computer noises that I need to clear out). And for the price you can't go wrong. If you have a double din and a screen you can easily fit both amps behind there.

i would be more inclined to use the arc mini. its about twice the size (still small) and cost
more, but you get what you pay for.

I haven't looked at the inside of it yet, but if it works thats all that matters to me. For me it was more important to get the size. Here's a link to my carputer:

yerr there good only for 6x9 or 7x10 speakers,
ive got a small one coz i dont have alot of room
to fit a big one around my speaker boxes.
definetely do not use for subs tho,
i didnt even worry about tryin it out
    coz it wont be enough
