Help: Which external sound card??

Hi to all! I'm currently using the Audigy 2 NX but I have too many problems with this sound card and also no driver support. I have also tried the Live 5.1 Surround usb but when I started the carpc I had a huge "pop" sound so I went back to the NX. Now I'm between Terratec Aureon mkII usb and Hercules Muse LT usb. Does anyone have experience with these sound cards? any suggestions???

I saw your link but I don't understand,are these edirol and behringel normal soundcards or something else?do they operate standalone or they need a soundcard arleady installed?

also I'm interested for 5.1 sound in the car, do the edirol and behringer support 5.1?

anyone with experience on the terratec aureon mkII or the hercules muse LT ???

Both are stereo sound cards/DAC, and do not do 5.1 audio.

Do you plan to have a full size center channel in the car? If not, at best you can probably only get away with 4ch audio. however, a properly setup 2ch system can still sound pretty good even though its not 5.1. heck, i only run front speakers in my car.... though i have 4 speakers per side. haha

another thing to look at is how important 5.1 audio actually is to you. I would actually prefer a dual stereo setup in my own car.
