Ok thank you..Yeah, I currently have WAV at 75%, KX db around -4 for the front and at -21 to prevent the rear clipping, and the Winamp is 100%. Now, If I were to drop my winamp to 15% I would barely get loud enough.. I'll mess around with now and let ya know.. I also do have the DSP to default.

SOLVED: Alrighty. Went to disconnect the Rear Speaker wires from the amp and noticed something odd. With only one wire from the right rear speaker connected, there was still sound. I then noticed that the rear speakers sounded "unequal". So it baffled me how with only the Posotive wire attatched to the amp that there was still sound. So, upon opening my rear door panel the speaker moved and the sound became 100% clear. It now became aparent that the bracket on the speaker where the posotive and negative wires attach, had come into contact with the body and had been grounding itself throughout. Once I readjusted the speaker and secured it better, wola...PERFECT, LOUD, Crisp sound...Thank you all.....I feel stupid now.

Good deal, glad you got it working. Was a wiring issue as many suggested, albeit an odd one. =)
