Which US-Model radio with DVD can play PAL DVDs and tune FM radio in 100kHz steps?

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to this stuff and I need some help.
Originally I am from Germany, but I live in Chicago at the moment.
I'll be back in Europe some time this year...here's the problem:

I want to buy a radio with DVD-Player and LCD screen. The bigger the better, but I can only mount single DIN radios.
I looked up some manuals of some JVC,Kenwood and Panasonic devices, but I can't get the information I need.
What I expect of the radio is
1.Radio should be tuneable in 100kHz steps for european stations
    2.PAL DVDs should work
    3.Divx
    4.3.5" to 7" Screen
    5.USB
    6.Bluetooth
    7.SD-Slot
Points 5 to 7 are not really neccessary but nice options.

From my researches I can tell that Pioneer doesn't fullfill point 1.
    Kenwood won't read PAL DVDs.
From Panasonic I know, that some radios play PAL DVDs, but I don't know about point 1 and 3. JVC KD-AVX44 does all, but I don't know bout point 1..and resolution sucks actually.
On ebay I saw a Innovatek In-837BTS. That really fullfills all my requirements, but I never heard of them as radio manufacturers.
Does anybody in here know any units, that would do the job the way I want?

Understand that the m-3car.com forums are focused on installing PCs in vehicles, eschewing all-in-one headunits like you mention.

You may find an answer here. You may not.

    Good luck to you.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Under normal circumstances, a signature would go here.

you should look at jensen or phase linear. I know they're cheap but they'll do what you're asking. They will also come in a motorized screen

Thx man, bought the Jensen 9512. Works like a charm.
