There are singal adapter units that can convert VGA to composite.
It's probably easier to get a motherboard or video adapter that has composite or s-video out.

2nd problem....how to change my wallpaper with my own picture? is there any software for it?
3nd problem...how make iva d300 free region code? is there any software ?

and if my car PC already installed, i want to make it full permormace, like GPS, make touchscreen panel for operating windows, etc....have any idea and how to make this real????
