Optical to composit

Is there an easy way to go from optical out of my mobo to composit into my sound processor? It is a rockford Fosgate 3sixty.2.

you'd need a dac. i have one for sale if you want a high end unit :-)

What brand and model is it? Why are you selling it? And how much do you want for it? Also this is for optical out of my mobo to composit into my 3sixty.2 so I don't know how high quality it has to be also I could just go out of the 3.5mm jacks on the mobo.

my new gadget/sound device

probably wont find another dac around with specs like it (in its price range). I'm selling it because i ripped out my active tube x-over and switched it for a digital all in one rack system. It's worth about $300
