The second question should be numbered #3 if you want them all to be odd questions, otherwise you need to change the thread title.
#1 can i run more then 1 ground from my battery to chasis? i wanted to run two for better groundplus i got two slots open on my terminal
#2 i just ordered a Rockford fosgate 2 way distro block for this purpose...
1 fuse for power to amp 80a and the other fuse for ADDED power to alt, will that work fine? and i am running 2 awg wire, so the two wire will go in the two outputes, will i want to use 0 awg for the input into terminal?

: ) thats some IL education for ya
#1 yes, a second ground will work just fine, but there are some factors to consider. If you are cutting the ground cable to create a node where 2 cables go to one, you are introducing an added place where high resistance problems can occur. A higher capacity cable, used as a replacement would be a better solution.
#2 confuses me, and if you restructure the question so that the situation and question are more clear, I (or someone else, who may also be confused by your question) might be able to help. Sorry, maybe it's just me.
for Q 2.
im doing the BIG 3. so instead of having two fuse holders, 1 for the power wire to amp and one for the power wire from alt to the positive terminal
so i got the 2 way distro block to replace them both, assuming i can run those two wires into the distro and out the input to the positive battery terminal
Ok I get it, I think:
* * * * * * * * ____fuse__b_(+)AMP(-)___Chassis_____________
(-)BATT(+)--a--{____fuse__c_(+)Alternator(casing)___Chassis____}--------
|_________________________________________________ ____________|
Something like that?
where the area between a,b, and c is the distribution block? That should work just fine.
Be sure to not use PVC wire in the engine compartment (use cross-linked poly).
i was going to use knukoncept 4 awg... is that fine??
i have no idea what pvc wire is
PVC wire is the coating on the outside.
The KnuKonceptz wire is fantastic.
Not sure if it's PVC though, I think it is...
They use PVC, I'm pretty sure all of those fancy, sparkly, overpriced cables are made of either that or TPE. It's sub standard for the engine compartment, according to SAE (J1127/J1128), but lots of people use it with no problem. I couldn't find pretty, retail wire made from Cross-linked polyethylene, so... eh...
PVC and XLP refer to the plastic coating on the wire, and the concern is the heat resistance/capacity.
Good luck.
H3RK. about ur drawing
the basic over all plan for this distro block is...
having two power wires going into block and ONE wire coming out, then that ONE wire will go into my POSITIVE POWER TERMINAL OF MY BATTERY.
PURPOSE< Reducing the amount of wire going into my positive terminal, i.e i have two 0 awg terminal slots, and i have THREE o awg power wires
