If the stock headunit has AUX input or CD changer input, you can use that. You may need an adapter, depending on stereo system. They're all different.

As far as "converting a wiring harness", I have no idea what you mean by that.
Most of us run a power line straight to the battery for the PC. No wiring harness involved.
Don't forget to fuse the power line at the battery!
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?

I apologize... I was not very clear.

I am not using a Head unit (screen is there now). So as for the wire harness converter, i meant since i have to patch into the stock speakers some how, now that I do not have the head unit.

Without a HU, you're going to need an amp to drive your stock speakers. Your sound card just doesn't have the power to do it on its own.

I suppose that you could use a wiring harness that is intended for installing an aftermarket radio. The ones I've used in the past have labels on the wire telling you what exactly they're for. This would make it easy to wire into the speakers, but you would still need an amp taking the signal from your soundcard and making it strong enough for those speakers.
