    I don't agree with mounting amps on sub boxes. Electronics aren't meant to take vibrations like that.

    so you perfer the amp/cap to be mounted to the back of the back seat then?

    IMO, it's not an issue on a setup like this. If you are worried about it, then you can mount the amp using some rubber grommets to take out some of the vibration.
    Play with it, 'til it's broke.
