Thread: Sub amp wiring help

i need some help i'm adding two 12 inch 800 watt subs and 4 5.25 and 2 6.5 speakers to my truck total its 2000 watts im wondering what kind of amp i need power? channels? and everything do i need a capacitor what does that do im an amatuer wirer ive replaced the stock speakers and a new deck and a 10 inch sub that already has an amp so i just need help on what to do and get for the new ones
