all works except for sound

Hi everyone,

I just did my carputer install and everything is working except for the sound.

I currently have a 3.5mm to RCA adapter coming from the green audio output on the computer, connected to the RCA input on the amp for my door speakers

I also have one connected from the orange audio output (center/sub is what it sais for the description on back of computer) to my amp for the subwoofer.

The amps turn on with the computer using the anti-thump amp turn on feature on the M4-ATX power supply that I'm using, I've turned the volume up on the touchscreen and nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas on what might be happening here? I'd really appreciate advice on this issue, thanks.

Does it work when the PC is connected to headphones or another set of speakers taking the amp out of the picture? Also check your mixer controls and verify they are not muted and turned up so you can hear sounds.

The volume on the touchscreen should't work unless you have the internal speaker attached/enabled.

I was able to make it work with the front connection on the case. Using a 3.5 mini splitter, I was able to send a connection from the computer to the 2 amps. I'm not sure why it won't work from the connections off of the motherboard at the back of the computer, any thoughts on why this might not be working?

I had the 2-channel amp (my stereo amp for now, want to switch to 4-channel soon) connected to the green connection and the sub amp connected to the orange connection that said center/sub. None of the outputs at the back of the computer worked, though. Previously, I had a different case that also had the audio connection up front, but the rear output worked also, that is what I used to connect my speakers at home to.

I used the azalia connection for the front audio connector and am wondering if that might be the reason.
