Solution for streaming audio to car stereo via internet?

I am driving cross country and want to be able to stream audio through my rhapsody service. I will have a verizon mobile broadband connection for much of the ride, using a Verizon mifi device, which presents itself as a mobile wifi hotspot.

The car is a BMW witht he iDrive ssytem which integrates with iPods. But I don't think that will be relevant. I think to do what I need to do the aux input is the only way.

So, how would you go about doing that? The way I see it, here are options:

    1) Use the ibiza mp3 player which can stream rhapsody via wifi.
    2) Use laptop to stream rhapsody via wifi.
    3) use Nokia N800 to stream rhapsody via wifi.
    4) Use some internet streaming device like soundbridge, etc

Which method would you choose? Basically, I want to get the best possible audio quality into the aux input.

    thanks!

I would choose the ibiza mp3 player (especially if you have an adapter to charge it). I don't have any personal experience with the particular device, but it was made to play audio, so I assume it will sound good enough. Also, it is small and should use low power, which I feel is a plus in a car.
Laptop would be my second choice. But it's larger and having to use the trackpad/mousestick in a car can be difficult while driving.
I'm guessing the phone audio probably isn't better than the mp3 player. And I'm not sure how to power the soundbridge in a car.

Do you think the ibiza's headphone out will have a good signal though for the car stereo's aux in? Should I use some sort of amp (preamp or otherwise) to boost the signal?

    thanks,

the signal should be strong enough, i find it hard to believe it would be that great of sound quality. youre only streaming internet radio though, so its not going to be amazing no matter what you use. might be your best option.
