just save the doc and post it as a file with dropbox then. if you dont have dropbox, you live in a cave

    www.dropbox.com

or, even easier should be megaupload.com so you dont have to install anything.

edit- this forum allows file uploads too. just go advanced, and click on the paper clip.

man that still really doesnt answer my question, i still have NO CLUE as to what type of wires go from your radio to your amp. if they are low voltage, then you dont need anything more. if they are high voltage, you need either a radio or a new amp.

so we gotta find that out. lets go back to when you just tried it. hook up the brown (-) and white (+) to your computer output... just that channel, it should be the front left speaker. you said when you touch the + you can hear something, but when you add the ground it completely cuts out? make extra sure youre using the right wires.

    actually, here is a hint-

    12 Pin Connector
    Speaker-Level Inputs, Power/Ground

that usually indicates high side inputs, meaning that could explain why adding the ground cuts it out (high side are a/c current, you add a ground to it and bye bye sound)

i have a strong feeling youll need a new amp or add a radio. again, thats really your call completely, either way will work well.

im sorry to confuse you, when i tried hooking the wires up, i hooked them to the harness behind the stock stereo, not the amp. i havent tried the wires on the amp yet
