    2 channels in, 4 channels out?

    I have a Diamond 7.1DLL sound card. If i hook an ipod up to line-in, I only get audio out of the front speakers. I get sound from all speakers (4 channel) if I use winamp or media player even if the music file is just 2 channels. How can I get all speakers to work when i plug in my iPod?

    looks like there is software/driver upmixing
    plug through usb and play from itunes would work then

    Try using winamp line-in plugin then if there are no options in the driver control panel for that card.
    System always under construction
