    Issues with buzzing, popping, etc...

Ground is good and the power source should be good and clean. RCA cables are running on the complete opposite side of the car from all power cables. Zotac board with built in Realtek sound going out to Memphis amps that are activated by the M2ATX power supply. A few questions regarding buzzing and poppin:

How to get rid of the initial "pop" when the carputer gets through the windows boot screen?
How to get rid of various buzzing during the post and boot screen?
Noises/faint buzzing generated when you move a mouse on the screen - where do these noises come from?
Sometimes in Centrafuse or Streetdeck when everything is muted you can hear buzzing/faint noises when you touch buttons - Ide assume that whatever got rid of the mouse moving noises would get rid of this as well.

Its my understanding that using a magnet to reduce "noise" will only get rid of actual noise and not whatever small output is coming from the computer.

Ideas? I searched but maybe I suck at searching.

even though you say your ground is good, you may still want to look into a ground loop isolator. it worked for me!

a GLI will not work with this---the buzzing/popping is being caused by the board/software initializing the audio drivers/outputs. the only way to get rid of it would be to delay the amp turn on until after the system has booted all the way(or try a different sound card)--there are programs that use a pin on the serial port to trigger a realy to trigger the amps if your board has one, but the name esacapes me at the moment...
