have you checked the subs voice coil with a ohm meter? it sounds like the sub might be blown.
I have one cvx 12 and a rockford fosgate 300 watt 2ch amp. i bridged the sub. now the problem wen i turn on the amp without the sub hooked up it works. it works wen the sub wires are hooked only to the amp. but once i conncet sub to amp the fuse blows. idk what the problem is or where the short is, i took the sub out of the box and checked all the connections it still blew the fuse. HELP PLEASE

well get an 9 volt battery put + to + and - and - and if it pops the speaker is good and amp is bad

Wiring: 1 run of 0 ga
Amp: MTX JH600 & Lightning Audio B300.4
Sub: TS-W2000SPL
tested to speaker elsewhere it works. now to find the short circuit. any suggestions
