There should be some audio inputs right near to the video input on the back of the unit- I believe that your paticular unit should have 2 auxilary inputs, so make sure that you use the correct one

and just FYI: this section is dedicated to installing and integrating computers with car audio systems, so any audio specific questions you have might take a while to get answer. There is a list of car audio specific forums at the top of the page.
Feel free to stick around, and maybe convince yourself to install a carputer though

I do have an auxiliary input , but to use it I should use the AUX source & not the AV-Source.

And I am already convinced by installing a carputer, I got the screen of my Pioneer AVH P5700 DVD player & as I told you before I could not connect the Audio cables ?
And about the computer, Now I am still thinking of making a laptop as a carputer or a mini desktop as a carputer, and the biggest problem is I do not know from where to start , I am still searching the forum for the way to start this project, its my first time to do so.

Any DVD unit like that is a poor choice for a carputer screen- becuase it only accepts composite inputs, it is too low of a resolution to properly display computer video- so text on the screen will be harder to read

the av input on the back should have all the cables you need- they should be RCA cable connections, being that I can't find a pic of the back of the unit/connections, could you take a pic of the back of your unit?
