    Asus Xonar Delux 1.3 + VAC = no volume control

    Hello

    I am running my sound processing this way : source-> vac ->audiomulch -> Asio4all -> output-> amps

    With help of my friend, I manage to configure winamp to control the output volume. Selecting winamp as my media player in RR and some editing of skin commands , allow me to adjust volume levels but in very large steps.

    But, playing music in CF3.1 wont allow to adjust volume at all. Same with Shotgun and all other programs.

    How do I get volume control back? I cant start anything without blowing my speakers, and they expensive ones....
    I am running Win xp sp3.

    Help!!!!!

    Now it work.
    I had to close every app in order to allow vac to save this option.

    yeah, i forgot to mention that-- the vac control panel won't allow you to save changes unless the driver is not in use..
